In Japan, there are actually five elements, instead of the American four (earth, air, wind, fire). Today, i will be teaching you about them.
Chi:(or Tsuchi) Also known as ‘Earth’. The simplest example of Chi, is a stone. Resistant to movement or change. Closely associated with stubbornness, stability and gravity.
Ka:(or hi) Or, ‘Fire’. Represents the energetic, and forceful or quickly moving things in the world, as well as drive and passion.
Fu: (or kaze) Means ‘Wind’. Shows the expanding and growing things in life, as well as freedom of movement. Evasiveness, compassion, benevolence and wisdom.
Sui: (or mizu) Is ‘Water’ represents the flowing, and fluid things in life, adaptability and suppleness.
Ku: (or sora) Means ‘Void’ or ‘sky’, represents everything that is beyond our experience, as well as our ability to think with an open mind.
Okay. Did you learn anything? (Assuming these are correct) I did. I think that i belong to the…..hold up. Doesnt Sora mean earth, and Deichi mean sky? (i read it on Kitchen Princess) or…vica versa….i have no idea…….if you can assist this poor, confused blogger, please do.
